Regarding my Bill

I get the balance of my bill texted to my phone number, then set it all up in my bank to pay.  But I went into my account and noticed that it is not the same amount to pay as the text I received.   I have already paid the texted amount I received (which is more).  Just wondering why the amounts don't match.   Thanks in advance for any advice.

Go to your PDF ebill on self serve and what does that amount say?  

I would always pay the amount on my pdf ebill and ignore the front page of my Self Serve account

The good thing is Joanne, that what we texted you is higher than what you see in self serve. It looks like there is a credit of about $15 that was taken into consideration but that was after the SMS had already gone out.

Thanks so much guys. I have already paid the texted amount ..... I was worried that this was a double up of bills. So I guess u will see another $15 credit on my next bill. . I did a lot of upgrading plans and paying off tabs in the last week. I know my next bill should reflect all that.
