I think koodo should, refund me the money they wasted when they cut my services off for no reason..or replace it with something. come on.

Again, Koodo does not cut off your service for no reason. If it's due to billing, that is a reason. If it's due to network, then that's not Koodo cutting your service off.

Complaining here won't get you anywhere anyways. Your best bet is to call in and talk to a Rep and explain what is going on. They will tell you what is going on with your account.

Very rare for a company to provide refunds based on service interuptions(billing or otherwise) as there is no guarantee of 100% uptime. Any credit you do get is a good will decision, nothing more.

I believe it was last month, i paid my bill right when i got it. and then recieved a service message saying it hadn't been paid. my service was gone.

So you paid your bill, Koodo didn't receive and SUSPENDED your service? Because they don't delete accounts. Quite honestly, call them and investigate. No one here can see your account.

So you gave them your phone number and no account was pulled up? Did you try giving them your account number? Sometimes their systems can glitch and the number won't pull up but the Account number will.

Also how are you paying your bill? Paper bill, self serve app or using your online banking?
