I bought a $25 talk booster for prepaid yesterday and today I realize I do not need it.  Can I be refunded? It has not been used.

I don't think it can be done, but you could send Koodo a PM on facebook and see if they can help you out.

Unfortunately it can't be Susan.

The short answer is that anything on pre-paid cannot be refunded. Agreed with Chadwick, contacting Koodo directly might help (YMMV, but from experience I've had calls that didn't connect properly credited back to me on pre-paid).

If you were on a post-paid account, say you were to add an add-on, then remove it the next day, my understanding is that you'd only be charged the pro-rated difference on the add-on for a day (so if the add-on costs $30, you'd only be charged $1 for having it for a day).

@Jru: YMMV = Your Mileage May Vary. I thought it was a standard accronym across all forums. My bad.
