Refund after account closure.

I recently switched to Fido on 24 November, I have paid my bill cycle (on automatic payment plan) up to the cycle. end at 24 December. Basically I should have the. Entire amount refunded back to me, will Koodo automatically credit my credit card on file or domain need to speak with customer service to apply the refund ?

I believe usually you need to contact Koodo, and they will forward a cheque to your for the overage. Just now it is likely easiest to send a message through their Facebook page with your account info, and payout request. That way, you don't have to wait on the phone.

Unfortunately I don't use facebook! Looks like I'm in for a long wait.

I expect you don't do Twitter, either?
Then I suggest waiting until about Wednesday to phone, when the call volume from this weekend's sale offers has slowed!  There is also a callback option when you first call, so if you are going to be available to take a call, you can choose that options as well. Saves sitting with the phone to your ear waiting for the CSR to address those who called ahead of you.
