I was at a walmart store and asked for a pre paid card and the lady gave me a card and said it was pre paid but it was a monthly one and I asked for a refund cause she messed up but they do not do refunds on cell phone cards. I paid $15 and quite upset that it wasn't my fault. I've already contacted walmart and they said to ask you guys what I can do about this so please let me know

Walmart telling you to come here was a way to pass the buck. Walmart IS responsible. Don't let them try and convince you otherwise. Speak to the store manager.

Also, the community is for general inquiries, not specific complaints requiring attention. Call Koodo at 18669956636 if you REALLY want to talk to them which you shouldn't as you should be going after Walmart

There are only prepaid cards Walmart sells. For monthly accounts no cards are needed as you pay your bill each month.
