I received an email from Koodo that referral for this month is $50 bill credit.  I referred two friends early this month and I received two emails from Koodo that my referrals were successful (approved).  They both signed up on the same date but for the 1st friend I received another email a minute after the 1st email which is a confirmation email for the credit (the $50 showed up on selfserve) but for the other friend, no confirmation email yet and nothing show up on selfserve. Should I call in to inquire?  Thanks.

No need to call Zhuge. We do say that credit may take up to four weeks to be applied, depending on the circumstances. If you still don't see it then, reply back to this post.

It is strange that I have just been approved for another referral which was dated March 22 and I received bill credit on the same date While this other referral which was approved on March 15 did not yet receive any bill credit.  FYI, I had two other referral that was approved on March 9 and 10 were also credited right after I received approval email.  I think Koodo may have forget to apply the credit for the March 15 one.  Can you help?  Thanks.

Let me be clear on this one, my friend already received his referral credit two weeks ago but I still have not received mine. emailing koodo team is no luck as they only email be back their standard answer.  I want to know why my friend has already received his and I am still waiting?

You already received an official response saying that the credit may take up to 4 weeks to be applied. To translate: unless it has been more than 4 weeks, don't bother calling to ask because they are not looking into it. If it has been longer than 4 weeks then maybe they will investigate for you.

Same with every company in every industry. If the terms state an expected delivery window they will not waste resources to find out why you haven't received it early.
