I got e-mail approved for $50.00 referral credit on Jan 5th.
On Feb 15th i get another e-mail informed me my account has been credited, but the amount shows on the e-mail is $25 only.

I then send e-mail to the referral program dept. regarding this issue and they reply back:

>>Our record shows that it was $50 bill credit was applied on your account. Kindly check your billing statement regarding this matter.

I already check with my billing history and surely only $25.00 credited. Not $50.00.
They then reply back below:

>>You may contact Koodo customer care regarding this matter. Our department does not have access to your actual Koodo Mobile account for privacy reasons.


I went to a Koodo store to find out what to do and they said they cannot help but give me a number to call.
When i call, holding for hours and no one answers.

So what should I do now?
This is the first time i sign up with Koodo and I already feel like been cheated.

You need to contact Koodo directly in the working hours. If calling is tough, then you could send a message to their facebook and make an inquiry about it.

When i call, holding for hours and no one answers.
Unfortunately, there's a high demand in the last weeks so that's why the waiting times are high. I suggest calling in the morning when it opens.

Thanks for all the reply above.
I call in the morning this time and finally get a hold for the customer service and they credit  $25.00 into my account fairly quickly.
