I was referred to Koodo and when we were suppose to get $100. I received an email that I will be getting a $100 bill credit in early March. I just received the email the other day said the credit of $25 was applied instead. 

How can I get this adjusted to the $100 I should get?

Mike the $100 referral was applicable for "online activation" on your part; if you went to a Koodo shop for your line setup the referral credit would be $25.

If you did activate online follow Allan advice and send them a message regarding the $100 credit mate.

You need to double check your eligibility and conditions of the $100 credit. you could contact Koodo but it is better to doublecheck all information before contacting them.

I'm having the same issue. I even received an email saying that the $100 credit would be applied to my account.

The rep just said the same stuff mentioned here, even though I have mentioned that the $100 credit was confirmed in an email

Yes, that was the one condition to get the $100, that you activate online and not in store.  

PS got my $100 paid out this morning finally.  :)

Koodo should not be sending out the $100 confirmation then. If they made the mistake then they should eat the different. At least a good company will, this will tell you about the character of the company.

I bought my SIM card in store and tried to activate online (the sales rep says I would be able to) but it didn't work because I didn't have an account number. I called 611 and the assured I will get my $100 referral. Obviously that was a lie.  I have the call recorded. Contacting them by e-mail is a waste because they detected I activated in the store.  Okay which one did I go to? I didn't got to one.

You cannot activate a monthly plan online from a sim your bought in store.  You can only activate with a sim you buy online.

I recommend at this point you contact Koodo via private message on Facebook or twitter and the rep will be able to assist and listen to your call
