Refer A Friend problem...

I sent my friend a referral several months ago, he did not switch to Koodo until this week and no longer has that original email.  System says I have already referred that friend... what can I do to reset his email to we can get the bonus?

If he has already switched to Koodo then either the original referral is in place or its too late as the referral has to be set up before somebody signs with Koodo. You can check your referral status on this page.

@Amy: when did he redeem your referral?. From the website he got 30days to take it and 30 days to activate. You might want to double check if he redeem the offer within the time frame "Once you receive your referral, you'll have 30 days to redeem your offer (by entering your name and email address into the referral system). After you've redeemed your offer, you have 30 days to: (1) buy a phone or SIM card and activate on a postpaid rate plan; and (2) log back into the referral system and provide your mobile phone number.
