Refer a friend problem

Hi, I'm having a trouble...or maybe I simply don't understand how it works. I'm already using koodo and want to refer a friend. When I sign up to the refer site, it asks me for my koodo phone number to send a verification code. So far so good. But when I put my koodo number, it says the number is already in use...but that's what I want right? How would you send a verification to a number which isn't in use. So, any suggestions how do I proceed? Thanks a lot

Are you sure you didn't already create an account using that number?

Hi Oldřich - as Robert points out, this means that you've likely created an account within the last year (perhaps to receive a referral from a friend?). You'll need to sign back in using the same email you would have used before as it's associated with your phone number. If you're unable to remember, please use the 'contact us' button at the bottom of the page and provide the details of your issue. A rep will validate your account details and help you reset the account. Let us know if this works or if you run into any issues.
