I was referred, accepted and entered in all my information about 3 weeks ago (I know it takes 4-6wks) but when I checked the status of my reference and it said "You haven't claimed your offer yet but there's still time! Please check your email and claim your offer to proceed." I did claim my offer, the right way and even took a screenshot of the completed referral (attached imaged). I'm a bit concerned but understand that there's probably a backlog because of the $50 offer. Can someone please confirm that this is being processed.

Hi Tara - when you registered through the portal, you would have been sent an email to confirm/validate your account details. Do you remember receiving this through your gmail account and clicking the link to validate? That would likely be the reason why. I do see that your submission is pending validation - which to me means that everything was submitted successfully and is in queue to be reviewed. Correct, there is a current backlog of submissions pending review, but unless you receive a notification saying your submission was denied for some reason, it's just a matter of time. Going by the current rate, you will likely receive an update next week at some point advising that the referral is approved, and then the credit will be applied a few weeks after approval. The email will contain all the details.

Hmm.. doesn't quite make sense to me either Tara. Based on what I'm seeing, you claimed the offer/registered prior to opening your account.. so it all seems to cehck out for me. Let me dig deeper with the team that reviews these submissions to get more details.
