Refer-a-Friend account verification problem

I am trying to log in into my Koodo Refer-a-Friend account. I logged in and got to the verification steps but after my number gets verified with the verification code sent via text, I cannot continue. It says "This account number is already in use." I did contact the #611 support, but couldn't help resolve this. Pretty annoying!

I'm seeing three separate profiles potentially matching up to you. I do see one with the same phone number that was created back in 2015 - it's linked to the same email address that you have on your Koodo account (not what you've used for this community). Try a log-in attempt using those credentials - perhaps try the 'forgot my password' option. If none of that works, contact our team using the link Robert provided above.
