I have a red exclamation mark when I try texting.  It doesn't happen to everyone. Only a radio station that I text daily for a contest.  Texts go through for everyone else.  I tried adding them as a contact to see if that changes the situation.  I've removed the battery.  I have a prepaid android

If it only happens to that one number, then the assumption is that the number is not in service or the number has not been entered in the way for the phone to recognize it correctly.

What is the radio station?  And What is the number to text the radio station?

I enter the word of the day everyday.  It's 104536 the radio station is 104.5 CHUM FM.  It went through for my daughter.  I also contacted the radio station and she said they received the same amount of entries for that day.  I also have a steam of daily enteries for that number so it's not something new

So if they received the same amount of entries, your text wen through? Do you and your daughter have the same phone?

No my texts didn't go through.  When you text to win you get a response back after each entry and it says "thank you for entering, the winner will be contacted".  I didn't get this message.  My daughter entered on her phone and it went through.  She got the message back.  I've never had this problem before.  I enter daily to the same radio station.

What happens when you swap sims with your daughter?  Does the issue stay with the phone or move with the sim?

Is your daughter on a postpaid account and your on a prepaid account or are they both prepaid accounts? Just thinking perhaps prepaid doesn't allow premium text messaging

I still recommend swapping sims with each other and see what happens
