Recurring monthly charges not hitting Visa as recurring

My credit card has different cash-back reward levels, with a higher % back for recurring monthly billings.  Koodo prepaid is not coming thru as a recurring bill. Visa says it's something on your end -- the transaction has to be flagged by Koodo as recurring for them to pick it up.  Can someone check into this, set the flag correctly?

Any word on fixing this?  Got another payment on my visa - it's still incorrectly categorized.

Yes, tried calling but got a blank stare -- I don't think they knew what to do with the request, or because this is a prepaid account there isn't much in the way of support resources.  I'll take a look at the Facebook page.
