Hi there!

Reconnection fee only applies under 2 scenarios:

1) Resuming an account after being suspended for non-payment.
2) Resuming an account after being suspended for CLP Limit (Spending Cap Limit).

If at one point your account was under one of these, then the reconnection fee applies...

* Have you paid all your bills on time? (Before Due date).
* Do you have on your account a Spending Cap limit?

What has any of that got to do with the issue of NO DISCONNECTION, so why the fee?

Cause your account could have been disconnected without you knowing for one of the above reasons!

Assuming none of the above apply... then, seems to be an error...

That's complete nonsence, I use my phone every day and have never had any issues, of course I would have noticed a disconnection

You'll need to contact Koodo's billing department directly to get an adjustment. You can call *227 on your phone, but sending a Private Message through their Facebook Page, or a DM via Twitter might be less time consuming.

@Fred, your line indeed was suspended a few days ago because of an outstanding balance. Several attempts were made, dating back to October to reach out to you. It looks like the very day your account was suspended, a few hours later, you made a payment and thus the line was reinstated.

Bernard, I will say again, at NO time was my phone disconnectef. I use and used it evrry day. I am a schoolbus driver and depend on the phone for times when a parent needs to inform her children will not be on or the company needs to contact me during off hours. About 5 yrs ago my phone was disconnected and with the help of a Wallmart sales agent discovered this and with her help had service restored, so I am well aware of when a disconection has taken place. Again this did NOT happen recently.

The disconnection could have been a few minutes only Fred, so you may have not noticed it. Reason for this, as I mentioned above, is that you had a past balance and the system automatically places the line on suspension. However, if payment is made within a certain period of time, unsuspension happens automatically as well.
