I used koodoo for business only as I am out of the country most of the time. I had a # number which was charged to a friend (I repaid her) and the telephone number I had was closed. now that i'm returning for 2 weeks I would like to have the same phone number as before due to my clients calling me from overseas. this is very important to me

You can always attempt to get the number back and sign up for prepaid since you will not be in the country for too long. the chances of getting the same number are slim but you can always try

If you cancelled your account and your phone # has already been taken then there is nothing that can be done.
You'll have to call Koodo & open a new account or go to a Koodo kiosk & do it & you'll hopefully your # is still available, if not you'll have to choose another #

Hi Esta, if the account has been cancelled for less than 90 days, we can resume the account and you should be able to get the number back. Past the 90 days, we can't give you back the same number though. To contact us, simply dial 1-866-995-6636 from a landline, option #5 :)
