Hi, my phone just got cut off by Koodo and I was wondering if I were to call in and arrange a promise to pay, will they turn it back on for the time being? Or would I have to to talk to somebody on the phone for that to happen. The thing is I don't want to have to pay the $30.00 reconnection fee if not.

Thanks

Call customer service at 1-866-995-6636. They'll arrange a payment from you and they may or may not reactivate the service. Unfortunately you will have to pay the $35 reconnection fee. You need to make sure you pay your bill on time, my friend. Also, if you're on spending limit, try not to hit your cap by looking at overages closely.

Check what your usage and bill due dates are on Self Serve to prevent this issue from happening again.

You could try setting up pre-authorized payments with your bank or a credit card? That way you won't miss it.

@ Tracy - it calls Koodo customer service, if you call from a Koodo phone.

You can use the method of calling that you discussed in your question. Specifically, ".....I was wondering if I were to call in and arrange a promise to pay...."

It was a different person who started this thread 2 years ago. As for your Comment Jayme, you can call in from any other phone. So if you have a land line, a friends cell, pretty much any other phone you can call in and just give them your information.
