reconciling phone usage against tracking on top up balance.

Was checking my balance on top ups and found that it says i have used 71 min. In the history file it says i have used around 40min, which is what my phone says for call time. There is about a 30 min difference that i can't seem to reconcile. am i reading the balance on the top ups incorrectly as it looks like i have been over charged for talk time...

How many calls have you made?
Many short calls will add up to a difference very quickly if your phone tallies minutes differently than Koodo. Koodo charges whole minutes even if you are 1 second across the minute. Also are you counting incoming and outgoing calls?

i was going by the amount of time showing on the history log and what i am showing not the phone in terms of usage.You are probably correct, if you add up all the calls and round everything up, it adds up to quite a bit of filled time.  I don't know if the billing history is in coming and outgoing calls, i would assume it is.
I see Koodo has an app for monitoring cell phone accounts, but i couldn't get it to work on my iPhone, and it says that it doesn't work on pre-paid accounts anyway. Do you know if there is another cell phone usage tracker that i can get to more closely tracks my cell phone call usage?

I'm not aware of any, but I am not a Koodo prepaid user, so haven't really looked. Let's see if some of the other users jump in with some suggestions.
