Recieved No Service Agreement

I recently signed up for Koodo through an offer with Public Mobile. After ordering my sim card, entering promo code, and placing my order, I received no copy of my service agreement, neither by email or through the mail with the sim card. How am I supposed to sign up for a self-serve account if I do not have my account number? How can I obtain a copy of my service agreement. I need this so I can port my number.

@Matt, I see you were able to set up your account after all. I see a log in today. The agreement was emailed to you on the 12th of February.

I am on the phone now with a rep, but all I received in the Feb 12 email was a change in plan, but not a formal service agreement with all terms and conditions.
