The service on my BlackBerry Q5 keeps cutting in and out.

I have a BlackBerry Q5, my service is cutting in and out in a well serviced area. Please solve this problem or I will be switching phone providers.

If your in a well serviced area then chances are it's not the service but the phone it's self. Try manually searching for towers in your area and connecting to a koodo tower.

I have had the same problems and took my phone for repair and got a new phone and new SIM. Its still doing it. BlackBerry Q5 owner

Have you tried taking out the batter and sim for a few mins?

The Q5 doesn't have a removable battery... I purchased a new SIM and its still going in and out.
