You can call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 option 5 and request it. They will verify the positive tab and added the feature to give the discount.

In Self-Serve, go to Plans and Add-ons > Add-on. Scroll to the bottom and select SIM only discount.

(If you don't see it, then you can call Koodo customer service at *611 and have them add it to your account)

The last time I tried this, the SIM only add-on does not appear when it is not already subscribed. But this was a few months ago. If you can't find it on Self Serve, call Koodo and they can add it onto the account for free
