How to change to a new plan

hey guys, can someone pls advise, i am intending to move to one of the recently launched plan $45 (see the below link). but i don't see it listed wen doing via self serve.The phone is my own(unlocked).Can someone pls advise on this.

If you want to switch to a new plan you'll need to call in and have a rep help you. This is temporarily the way existing customers need to do this. There is no charge for customer service to help you. Keep in mind that if your currently getting a 10% discount for having your own device, that is built into the new plans so you'll loose that discount permanently by switching to the new plans.
