Hello guys. My question is why I got charged about extra airtime minutes after I've changed my plan whereas I didn't "cross" the minutes' limit? Few more details: the plan was changed 6 days after new bill cycle started, I've used 90 min from 500 Thanks in advance.
hi Rostislav, How many overage minutes did Koodo charge you? Can you post a snapshot of it (hide all personal information). if you used only 6days of 500minutes, they would prorate the amount for 6 days as: 500/30x6 = 100mins, for 5 days, it would be 500/30x5=83 mins. You used 90minutes, it could run over your prorated amount (if koodo counted 5 days of using your old plan)
