If I'm on one of the no tab plans and I'm outside my home area (but still in Canada) would I be charged for incoming calls from the USA?

What do you mean outside of your home calling area Koodo doesnt have zones like freedom?
Do you mean out of province and you have a province wide calling plan? You'd be charged as making calls outside of your province if that's what you mean.

I was looking at this page which says "your incoming local calling area is the geographic boundary associated with your phone numbers."

Yeah if you don't have a Canada wide calling plan then you have a province only calling included and extra charges for outside your province calling would apply.

Ya not so sure about the home area part but if there is such a thing you would be charged for answering a call. Do some postpaid plans have province wide calling only?

Would you get charged if it was receiving a Canadian call from home?  If you know the answer is no, then that would be the same as receiving a call from the US.  If the answer is yes, then it would still be the same as receiving a call from the US
