Received phone and sim card but nothing else

I order an LG G4 yesterday with a tab small plan. I received an order confirmation email yesterday saying that my order was received and when it is reviews I will be sent shipping and tracking info. I never received any email about the phone shipping but it came in the mail today. The only things that came in the box were the phone, sim card, shipping slip and the $100 bonus gift.

I put the sim card in the phone but when I check in the phone settings it says "unknown" for both the phone number and network. I can't sign up to activate it through self serve because I don't have a phone number to enter.

Looks like the activation team has gotten a bit behind. If a Koodo Rep does not chine in soon, an email to the Koodo Webstore team at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com or a call to 1-844 566-3697 should move things along. Please have your order number handy.

David is right - looks like the order was shipped without the SIM being activated. I've flagged this with the team and they'll get it taken care of. Once the line is active, you'll receive an email confirmation with phone number/account info. and details for how to activate your self serve account. You may also need to reboot your phone for it to pick up a network.
