Received No Service Agreement - cannot complete port

I completed an order on March 9, got a confirmation email for the order, received the phone and sim card today (March 14).

I tried to complete the port but when I go to self-serve, it asks me for the Koodo account number.

No service agreement was sent to me - I checked my spam folder. 

I called customer service who told me to call the webstore - they are busy and I keep getting their voicemail.

How do I complete this?

Hi there, what is your order number? it's likely that your SIM hasn't been activated yet.

Resolved.

Called customer service. The rep was very helpful.

He walked over to the webstore, activated the sim card, then called the dealer line to help activate my account, deleted an old login that was causing a mixup with my new login, and was on the phone until we got disconnected by the port in request.

I don't remember his name, but he should get a raise.
