Received email stating I had cancelled autopay but I did not. Also, was charged for US roaming when in Niagara Falls in Canada.

I have only had three bills.
A couple of issues.
I have received an email stating I have cancelled autopay today even though I did not.
When I log into self serve, all invoices say they have been paid by auto pay but there is an outstanding amount matching the second invoice
I was charged for US roaming and data even though I was in Niagara Falls Canada.

Are you sure that the outstanding amount isn't for your latest bill?

You will need to contact Koodo to talk about the roaming charges while you were in Niagara Falls. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out. Next time you can set your phone to manual network selection mode and pick Koodo so it will stay connected to Koodo regardless.

@shirelle,  to clarify on cancelling pre-authorized payments: you removed credit card ending in **21 and then signed up with credit card ending in **58.  Please check your email confirming these transactions and your recent payment.  Hope this helps!
