Reason for high bill

Payment just made was about three times the average. Installed memory card , took a few pictures, sent a few. Any error made on my part to justify the sharp increase in rate

If this is your first bill proration probably was the difference depending of your plan and overages regarding Calls/data.

Hi there Peter... Most of the times when clients have a higher than normal bill is because something was overused on the plan (data, voice), log into your Self Service account, under E-bill, check the detailed bill to see what the problem was...

Other reasons could be Roaming, calling internationally, Apps purchases, etc...
