Upgraded to a Galaxy S5 last week. Hadn't put the screen protector on and on Sunday I accidentally bumped it into a glass jar and shattered the screen . I had purchased the "warranty" for it, only to find out it will cost me $130.00 to replacve the creen. The company that handles the repairs claims to get back to you within 24hrs of filing the repair request. That was on March 20. As of today, I March 23, I have NOT heard from them. To phone calls to them and all they say, is we are assessing your request. IF Koodo can't come up with a better "partner", I think this WILL BE my LAST PHONE with them
