I have an old iPhone 4S that I need to reactivate while my other phone is getting repaired. How do I do that? Can I use the same SIM card that it came with? I want it as a prepaid phone for only a month.

You will need a new prepaid SIM card in order to use your old phone with prepaid.

If you have the sim card from the phone that is currently being repaired you can simply put that in the iPhone 4S and be on your way, given that they use the same size sims.

I currently have a 5S. I can put a 5S SIM card in a 4S?

Not without an adapter. The 4S uses the larger micro-SIM, whereas the 5S uses the smaller nano-SIM card.

You can purchase the new triple-punched SIM card at Koodo which comes with the ability to fit multiple SIM slots by removing the unnecessary pieces (and re-assembling them as needed).

Unfortunately, not directly, the 4s uses a slightly bigger SIM. You can however pick up an adapter kit to make it fit, or purchase a new SIM card and update your account in self-serve to attach it to your account. Since new SIM are a tri-cut pattern, when your newer phone is returned, all you need do is pop the SIM out of the surround, and it will fit.
Costs about $10, and lets you use your current plan and number in the alternate phone.

Ebay/amazon are your cheapest bets.
