Reactivation of "lost" prepaid account

I purchased a prepaid in 2014 when visiting Canada, it appears that my my account no longer exists (when I attempted to log in the account details could not be found). Would it be possible to reactivate the account when I return to Canada?

Sorry, you'll have to start again. The system deletes unpaid prepaid accounts after 90 days.

If you still have that phone, it will work, but you will have to buy a new SIM for $20, which is credited against your account on activation.

With a new number, as Ray said you need to start all over again.
