I had lost my phone now trying to reactivate is a problem as I found it within a day. It was easy to suspend now I have no access at all. It sucks. A customer 3 yrs. and if I call them it is $35.00.

Hi Gabrielle,

Did you call in to report it lost/stolen? If you did there is no $35 charge to reactivate the account. All you need to do is call in to customer service at 1-866-995-6636 tomorrow during business hours or come in-store to a Koodo Corporate Shop.
