Reactivating Koodo prepaid account

I was wondering if anything can be done about my disabled account. I was with Koodo prepaid before but decided to try WIND for a bit and ported my number to them as well. I've decided to switch back and noticed that my account is disabled and I can't make a new account with the same number. I would like to know if it is possible for my prepaid account to reactivated and if i can port my number back over again. Thanks

You need to buy a new prepaid SIM card, Charles, and activate it in self service. You can port your Wind number back when you do, or at any later point in time :) You might need to use another email address temporarily or ask Koodo to release your old email address to the system.

I just got a new prepaid SIM card but I cannot do anything with it. I am trying to log into my account which still says its been disabled and I can't create a new self serve account because there is already an account with the number I want to use. I've also tried contacting Koodo and was told to make another account which I am not able to do.

When did you port your number out to Wind? You probably should activate with a temporary number before you can port it back in, once you have an account, I'm sure Koodo can assist you with the porting.

I activated the SIM and got my new account set up so everything is fine now. Thanks you for being quick to help and respond.
