Reactivating a lost phone

My dtr lost her phone. Suspended it only to find it an hour later. Go to reactivate but when i press confirm the icon goes around and around, never completing the action. I have literally done this 12 times and had it going around for 20 mins. Trying to connect with customer service is an absoulte nightmare. And honestly i am really ticked off that i will have to pay $10 cause online services does not work. Any idea what is going on? And yes my bill is paid.

Hi Mack, you'll have to contact Koodo to unsuspend your phone, you can send Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you.
You will not be charged for calling I'd it's somthing you can not do on self serve..
