My dtr lost her phone. Suspended it only to find it an hour later. Go to reactivate but when i press confirm the icon goes around and around, never completing the action. I have literally done this 12 times and had it going around for 20 mins. Trying to connect with customer service is an absoulte nightmare. And honestly i am really ticked off that i will have to pay $10 cause online services does not work. Any idea what is going on? And yes my bill is paid.
