Reactivated phone but same phone number online

I reactivated my phone with a different nunber. But shows the same number on my koodo self-serve. Help please?

Self Serve sometimes takes a little while to update so check again later.

Just out of curiosity, what do you mean by "reactivated" with a different #? Did you leave and come back? Did you suspend the phone? Are you prepaid or postpaid?

It sounds like you signed up for a new account but your email is still linked to your old one. If so, you'd need to call customer service to get this straightened out.
