I am just returning after being out of country 4 months away. My phone was on a sdeasonal hold plan ($15/month)

I have tried several times to change to a data plan ($45/month) via on line self serve option. I add the plan to my cart and then click "I am a Koodo customer: Change my plan"and I get a blank green screen with no explanation of what is happening or why.

I need an active phone immediately as I need to get back to work.

please help!

hi Peter,
You would need to contact Koodo to reactivate your line from seasonal hold. You could call 1 (866) 995-6636, or send message to their facebook.

Add plan to your cart?
You should just login to selfserve and, click view my plan, click change my plan and then select one.

You could do this in the selfserve?
I saw people trying to call CSR to reactivate of their lines from seasonal hold during the promotion and thought direct contact was the way. Properly, they were trying to get the promo plan.

You have to contact Koodo to put your account on seasonal hold. To take it off you just choose a new plan via self serve:)

You got it Allan!

@Peter - You can easily change your rate plan by using the link below (login needed): http://koo.do/2uVZ0nI

Once there, navigate to "Change my plan" and select the in market plan of your choosing.

Please let us know if you get the same error after trying this method :)
