You can call Customer Care using your Koodo Cell (*611 - Free) and tell them that you are having difficulty reactivating your Self Serve account. Why did you delete it in the first place though?

Anyways, I also had some Self Serve issues and I found out that contacting Customer Care was the easiest solution.

How could you have deleted your self serve account? I didn't think it't possible any other way but canceling the service with kood altogether.
