I had 1000$ bill I had to pay and it was there for almost 5 months. I paid my bill out and my balance on self serve is 0$ over this time my service went out. Even though my bill is paid, my service isn’t back. How do I fix this issue?

First try rebooting your phone, if that doesn't work then send Koodo a private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on getting your phone connected again.

Did you have a payment arrangement or did you just start paying it out over time.
If your phone was disconnected for non-payment you may have to call Koodo and see if your account was transferred to a Debt collection agency.

If your phone was disconnected for non-payment you may not have the credit qualify to return your phone back on
