RBC debit card card issue

Hi. I have been troubles activating my prepaid phone because my RBC debit card was refused by Koodo's website. The nice girl at the booth that sold me the SIM card tried to helped by giving me an alternate procedure and I was able to activate  since I only wanted the 15$ plan. But I can't add any talk-on booster (so can't be reached!) and can't add my card for automatic top-ups (which is pretty convenient + nice if you consider the free 100 mn booster & the 10% saving every month).
I sent koodo's customer service an email on Saturday or so and still haven't heard from them.
Can anyone help? My visa debit card functions no problems anywhere else & I really need people to be able to call me.

Is it RBC Visa Debit? U mentioned normal debit then visa debit so not sure.

If so. Make sure the address u have registered with RBC matches what u have on file with Koodo or it will not work.

Yep Visa Debit, I use it online quite often and never had any trouble.
The address is the same, I received mail from RBC in here and have no other address (I lived in Europe before). That's why I don't understand why it is refused... :/

I know koodo changed their security measures to be more secure. Looks like that might explain why it's not working

Seems like it! L.B, you would need to get in touch with our customer service team in order for us to take down your credit card information and prevent this error message from happening again in the future.  Thanks!
