Charged for 'rate plan change' even though customer rep called me to offer a plan change and told me I would not be charged for this. Can I call to have this removed without being charged yet again for the phone call to customer service?
That was probably my just a mistake. You can call them, let them know what happened, that it was koodo who called to recco a change for you. I'm sure they will waive the charge. They are pretty decent at making up when they screw up.
