Hi, I have a question. I got some long call on Jan 1 so my airtime busted...I didn't realize it's not free time... If I increase my rate plan from 300 min to 500 min, will it immediately apply on the current billing cycle (my next billing day will be Jan 10), or the next following full cycle (billing day Feb 10). Thanks..

They will pro rate things based on when you change. So if you change mid cycle, you wont just get 500 minutes, you may get like 376 minutes depending on when the change was made in the billing cycle.

Thanks Mark. So it's true that holidays are not included in the "happy free hour", am I right?

Unlimited calling occurs during the evening and weekends only unless you get a plan or add-ons with unlimited calling all the time.

Also your pro-ration if you change also includes pro-rating your current plan up to the change resulting in higher overage since your 300mins for the month will be less since it is a partial month

how about adds-on? let's say I have a long distance adds-on unlimited call to China ($15). I only needs for 45 days. If I remove or add it in the middle of the month, would the 15 dollars be pro-rated?

Yes the cost and add-on value will be prorated. But since the add-on in unlimited mins then the proration will still be unlimited mins
