Charged after canceling account

I canceled my contract with Koodo in September and this month i randomly got charged $101.46; i have already payed off my contract/ tab.

It could be a variety of legitimate charges, or it could be an error. I would advise you to call Koodo and speak to an agent who has access to your account information.

Hi there Ivan,

The same thing happened to me. I cancelled my koodo accound last April because I was leaving Canada back to my country. Even so, I just got charged in May (-22,60). What should I do? I can't call koodo because I don't live in Canada anymore.
