Random airtime charge

I have a random Airtime charge on my bill. I have unlimited Canada-wide calls, my billing cycle starts on 24th each month.
In my October-November bill I see $15 charged for Airtime, for 3 calls on November 1st, calling to Montreal from Vancvouer and receiving incoming call, in the morning and in the afternoon. I make calls to/from Montreal every day, both morning and evening, but I was charged for that one day in a middle of my billing period.
Please clarify.

Yes I did. Do you think it can be related? I would expect it to be like one charge, not $0.5+$3.5+$11.50

Thanks! The PDF bill still shows old amount, but the amount due shown on website is correct now. Thank you!

P.S. Will your automated bill payments system use new amount?

PDF is like a paper bill, it can't change after it is 'printed'.  The adjustment will be reflected in next month's bill.

Your actual amount owing is what you now see on the site.
