Question about double data

Hey there everyone!

I'm new to Koodo (switched just last week) and today when I logged on to check my billing I saw a promo for double data/min for tab med, which I'm in! Is there any way for me to switch my regular tab med to this? Or do I have to return my phone etc. to get it (I believe there was a 14day return policy).

No matter which tab you choose you should be eligible for any promo plans we're offering. You should be able to make the rate plan change for free by clicking Plan/plans and add ons and change plan.

Hey Austria.

Since you just opened your account, you would need to call customer service and make them change the plan for you (make sure to tell them you can't change it by self-serve and that you're a new customer so they won't charge you for it). With self-serve it would be impossible, since you already chose a plan when you registered with Koodo.

Hello Guys,

I followed Rocky's instructions and I did see the double data as an option on the 'Plan' menu. But if I change through self serve myself, only the data/min will change right? And not the tab I'm in? I'm sorry if I seem to be asking silly questions.

And also there is a note saying that I would be charged if I call customer service... And I'm not sure I want that...

Plan change doesn't affect your Tab :)

Were you able to change your plan through self serve? (If your new billing cycle started, it's possible) Then you are good.
If you can't change it through self serve, follow Robert's advice above. They won't charge you.
