I have a question regarding the tab charge. I tried to upgrade the phone and possibly my plan today. The Lady at the Koodo kiosk in Peterborough informed me that my tab is $0.00 and I don't have a tab credit. I left without purchasing anything.
I checked my records of the bills from Koodo. I purchased the phone around April 2013 and purchased it on the old Tab system. Koodo deducted a tab charge every month till June 2015 when the Tab received a credit of $18.59 and reached $0.00. I was not aware of this till today.
I assumed Koodo should have deducted the same charge till the phone was paid off and then the tab charge would become positive and I'm sure I would have accumulated a substantial tab credit till today. On the other hand I could have chosen a better plan for less money without the tab or at least receive a no tab discount. I never authorized Koodo to change my plan and was never notified of the change. Even my husband accumulated a positive tab credit on his phone in less then two years, which he purchased before the new Tab system was implemented. Koodo is still contributing to his positive tab.
I like Koodo and like to stay with Koodo but like to have this issue sorted first.
