Ive got a question about my bill.  If I call by phone, will there be a charge for that?

No charge for billing enquiries, however if you post your question here, the community may be able to help you.

My bill is crazy high and I'd like to know why.

There was a discrepancy between my mobile notification and the PDF you mentioned, but I believe it's due to the date on which I made my last payment.  It's OK, thank you.

My brother was killed in a MV accident however many moths ago I was added to his account as a second user. He always paid my bill after I paid him. This obviously won't be happening anymore. How can I rectify this situation? Pls contact me directly at 5066081477 and Thank you.

You won't be contacted directly, at least extremely unlike that you will be. I don't know if the department that handles this will for the purposes of accommodations in such tough times. Please do keep in mind that you don't need to ask the same question in multiple threads; we are more than happy to help you asking just once.

When you start a new question / conversation that's called a thread. I'm absolutely not criticizing you rather I'm just letting you know that once is plenty to get help and you don't need to spend time asking multiple times.

Hey Kit - your last payment wasn't posted by the time this bill was issued, so the bill shows the past due and current amount. You only owe the current/new charges at this point.
