Question about OtterBox

I have an OtterBox on my phone that I just broke. I have the package and everything that was in it for the OtterBox, but I do not have the reciept any longer. Is it still possible to have it replaced?

Maybe. Your best bet is to email Otterbox with a picture of the broken case in question and see what they say.

Hi Joe,

I did a few OtterBox claims, they do not ask for the receipt just the approximate date it was purchased, then you just have to take a picture of the case on their template, upload it and they will asses and send you your new case in no time!
