Hi there,

New to Koodo! I just started my plan with a Nexus 5 a few days ago. Whenever I try logging on to Self Serve, I only have "My Profile" options to change my email address, password, security question, and link accounts. Does it take a bit of time for it to update with all the things I can use Self Serve for, or am I missing something here? Thanks!

I think what's happened is you registered with a different email address than the email address you provided when you activated. Call *611 and speak to care about this
