Hi, I'm an existing Koodo customer, using an old tab plan ($50 a month), which is contributing 15% of bill to tab. Currently positive, and I'm gonna use it all for the upfront phone payment.

After the phone upgrade, can I keep the 15% monthly tab contribution? I'm not intending to change my plan. For example, new phone will add $15 to the bill as tab contribution, do I still get the 15%?

Thanks!

No you will lose the contribution as your getting a new tab. You will pay your tab fee plus monthly bill

What does it mean "getting a new tab"?

Koodo made changes to the tab structure a while back. Getting rid of Koodo contributions all together. When you upgrade to a new phone, your put on the new tab structure which is just basically an interest free loan. But if u want to keep your contributions, buy a phone outright else and bring it to Koodo.

No.
Once you used your positive tab and upgrade your phone on the new tab means you will enter the new tab system
And you are no longer receive any contribution from Koodo.
