Hopefully I can get an answer here as I do not seem to get a response from the Webstore. I live in Toronto and am trying to port over 2 lines to Koodo. Since I had an account already I decided to order 2 sims with the plans and port the numbers after. When I placed my orders for new sims the plans that were appearing on my account were the Quebec plans of 6gb for $49 dollars. They were placed thought my account and accepted. My credit card has now been charged for the sim cards. My question is this. Why will Koodo not honor the plans if it was the only option on my account and it was their mistake and not mine?
